Created by Mattias Braach-Maksvytis, the Intermediate Program uses over two decades of his climbing knowledge to equip climbers with the tactics, techniques, and mindset to be able to overcome their plateaus.
The course consists of four 1.5 hour sessions that focus on specific skill areas. Mattias tailors these sessions to the needs and level of the attendees. All topics covered are summarised each week in the accompanying training logbook provided by Mattias.
