We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every young climber can learn, grow, and enjoy the sport free from harm.
We have zero tolerance for child abuse, neglect, or unsafe behaviour of any kind. All staff aged 18 and over hold a current, verified NSW Working With Children Check.
All youth program staff – regardless of age – complete accredited safeguarding training, including:
- Anti-Doping Fundamentals
- Coaches Course National
- Integrity Framework
- Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction
Our policies, procedures, and risk management plans align with the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and Sport Integrity Australia’s Safeguarding Framework. These documents are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect legislative changes, best practices, and feedback from our community.
We have an open door policy for parents and guardians, and we welcome questions, concerns, or suggestions at any time. You can contact our Programs Team at programs@nomadbouldering.com.au.
Together, we can ensure Nomad Bouldering remains a place where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to reach new heights.
