We’re hiring a Gym Supervisor to help lead daily operations at our Gladesville facility. You’ll be responsible for keeping the gym running smoothly, supporting staff on shift, helping new and existing members feel supported, and driving community and business growth through lead generation and bookings.
This role suits someone reliable, confident working with people, comfortable giving direction, and able to balance customer service with operational responsibility. If you have initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy being part of an active environment, you’ll fit well here.
